i've seen one before, but i thought it was a toy, not something to be used for rehabilitating your wrists.. It might work if you use it at low speed

I got one too! Mine is orange/yellow. What color is yours? If I'm not mistaking, there are different types of powerballs.

I think I've seen ones in metal on Ebay before

Kinda strange tough, I picked up my powerball last week (I haven't picked it up in a year) and now suddenly a topic about it appears here.

Yeah, I would also recommend it to everyone.. you can train almost every muscle in your whole arm with it. You'll notice it the day after lol
