Happy Birthday to me !!

Post by BIG_P »

I might be vain posting about it being my birthday and all but, I was waiting to see if one of my MySpace buddies would have done it for me... Turned the big 35 today...god I'm getting old. Woke up at 5:30 a.m., was at the doctors at 7 a.m., paid bills and rent, got home at noon and went ice fishing with some friends. Don't know if any of you fish but, it's my other vice next to music. COLDER THAN HELL!!! Wind was kicking up at 20-25mph, wind chill was -20 degrees. That was only the walk out there as we set up a shanty and toasted up in there with a heater and a pint of Hot Damn!... Caught a couple of nice Walleyes, brought them home and just finished chowing on them......DELICIOUS!!! 8)

Happy Birthday Big P i see i'm not alone then.I love me fishing but i've never done Ice Fishing it sounds like fun but a bit too cold for me.I pack up when it gets about -3 never mind the howling wind. The photo of me was taking last summer with a surprise cod caught with a spun artificial eel.Only my second cod caught using these methods.
