Lexicon 240

In Guitar World there was an interview with Max Norman and he said Randy used a Lexicon 240 with new chips in it for the Diary album. I have been looking into Lexicon units and I may get the MX200 but when I saw that article, I looked for a 240. I can't find one anywhere and I was just wondering if it is similar to the MX200 or if it is a completely different unit.
