Autographed Blizzard - Randy

I took a chance today on an autographed UK Blizzard w/poster and autographed cover w/Ozzy, Bob and Lee's signatures. For some reason Randy's wasn't on there. It could have been signed separately, I don't know. The said it was in 1980 but for some reason Randy's sig is absent. Opinions please. Do you think I got ripped (my auctions the first) and check out the others for a few bucks! Do those look legit?

That was my same thoughts. I think the 3 sigs w/the UK (although beat-up) album/poster is a good deal but am hoping Randy did sign it somewhere (I can dream, can't I?) but not in an obvious place (darker spot) to see. It gives me something to look forward too. If not, it's still cool to have those 3 guys...

Well Joseph if i knew it was you i was selling it to i would of stopped the auction

. You got yourself a bargain i've seen the album and poster sell for £70.00 why did you bid on the album if you thought the signatures were ????. You didn't get ripped, i gave these away.

One of the reasons for Randy's signature not being on the front cover. I've found that alot of the white inner sleeves with the lyrics and Ozzy logo. These got signed and then the people would rejoin the que and try to get the cover signed. So if Randy was at the signing i can guess that the inner sleeve has been swapped at some time. Just my guess on why his is missing. As the inner sleeve is in better condition then the album sleeve.. Don't go hoping its there hidding in the dark corner

I was just looking for a second opinion and anyone's thoughts about it.

You probably know that I am a HUGE Bob and Lee fan but (I'm becoming a big GUITARIDOL fan too) I am far from an expert at their signatures. I have had Ozzy sign something (BOO) for me & a friend (paper) in '84. If it's any consolation I will give the album a good home. I'm gonna hug & kiss that record when I get it! I have collected many different versions of BOO and DOAM. The Argentina 'Diario un de loco' is very cool and on of my favorites. Alright, who did I but the old Ozzy autographed Diary pic disc from earlier this year?

GUITARIDOL, have you got more to sell? Would love to have a real signature of that time to add to my collection, but have no experience. I also don't have crazy money, but something like hansolo's poster is in my budget I think!

Joe sometimes you've got to suck arse to be kind

... But like you said a second opinion is a good judgement to make sure you have the genuine article. I sold a signed Quiet Riot 12" single Bad Boy that was signed by Kevin and Frankie. That had very little interest and went for only £10.00. I'll get that album packaged up for you and sent off tomorrow ok.
Stewie what are you wanting ? as i have other signed items for sale i have a few things signed by Ozzy. If your looking for a RR signature i don't have any for sale at the moment, but i'm always looking out for signed stuff from him. It's difficult to put a price on his signature as it varies so much. But let me know and i'll see if i can help ok.

the randy sigs are horrible,shameless, utter fakes as well as the ozzy's.The first auction sigs without randys are legit-who knows you may find his buried in there somewhere like a secret treasure .

I recently bought an Ozzy autographed Diary pic disc (old vers) for $40-50 and turned around and sold my un-autographed for about the same. I thought the new picture disc might be similar. That sucks about the 12". I have a bunch of QR 12" Maxi-singles but none signed. I would want Kevin's autograph in my collection! I gotta admit for once, I was more excited AFTER the auction. I think I wanna be buried with the autographed Blizzard!
I am obsessed with collecting OO/RR. I buy and sell on eBay but it's getting harder and harder to make a profit - I need to join eBay anonymous. I bought the 18 LP US Festival (I watched it on Showtime in '83) radio program just for Ozzy & QR. I remember about 10 years ago going to the House of guitars and they had a vinyl room and I pulled out the EP picture disc and practically soiled my drawers.
Ebay has a lot of tricks. I can tell you as an eBay seller for 5 years and buyer for 15, that you can get good/bad deals based on photographs, title search, the time it finishes, ask questions, misspellings (Rhoades), seasonal times (summer sucks - I'm broke and stuff won't sell) and of course the items you are selling. There is a certain group-think to an auction with bids then one without.

I seen this collection of signatures on ebay about a month ago and if i'd had the money i would of getting these. I think the auction started at £750.00 and no one bid on these. I've sold RR signatures for as much as £2050.00 so these would of been a future investment.

Ozzy 1980 Stoke King's Hall ticket signed by Randy.

The back cover of the 1980 Ozzy tour programme signed by the support band Budgie and Randy.

This was an idea i discussed with Skezza back in August 2006. A good one to browse through with some good info on how to recognise the fakes from the original signatures.

What I would love is a real RR signature on a poster/lp. But these seem to be very expensive, and I'm not planning a huge collection or looking for an investment. I'm looking for something autographed by members of the original lineup and then I would
probably frame it. I dont think I'd buy a signed ticket from a show cause it does not have the same value to me. If a member on UR has something to sell, even something beat up, just PM me.

You didnt buy the fakes did you?If so you can do a chargeback.Ebay is very buyer friendly.The other thing is 90% of the time anybody who offers a COA is selling fakes.Look to see if they are also selling more than 1 siganture auction.These guys make a living off ripping peeps.

I don't believe that the second lot of BS signatures has 9 bids and is now at $475.00 The signatures look like a 12 year old kid has tried his hand at forging. Get at look at these.
