Mixed feelings...I know they are honoring randy's memory and all, but that is ALOT of money! Kelle talks about his hope that a little kid will find this guitar and make a difference...he better have a big allowance! But, that small bitch fest aside, what a great guitar and a great way to remember randy!

I was touched by Kathy's speech, it brought a lump to my throat to hear how she misses her brother. I agree the price is high, if I had the money I would have one though..

I find that hard to believe.
Cologne she'll wear silver and americard, She'll drive a beetle car and beat you down at cool Canasta. And when the clothes are strewn don't be afraid of the room touch the fullness of her breast feel the love of her caress she will be your living end.

Wouldn't it make sense to make the price the same price that Randy paid? If only I had that kind of money...

i think the price is set for a reason..dee is (wadr)getting closer to seeing her baby again.maybe kelle and kathy want to keep the school going after that happens..renovations equipment etc.just a thought...musonia hopefully will live forever!also i hope that our kids and grandkids will read about this school in history books!!!just thinking out loud.....

I think these are priced fairly actually. There is a lot of USA wage labor that goes into building a custom shop piece, and Mike and Chip are probably two of the highest paid Custom Shop employees. I want one, badly.

Price-wise, this isn't bad even though it's expensive. The EVH Frankenstein and Clapton's Blackie were around $25,000 when they came out. SRV's Lenny replica is still $17,000 at Guitar Center. $12,600 is pretty good for a true relic limited at 60 pieces.

I won't likely be buying one anytime soon, don't have 12G to drop on ANY guitar. Wish I did.

As it is not THE original; I would recommend getting a good luthier to build you your own Concorde replica. I bet you could commission it for under $3000!

Very cool ! 8)
Looks like they took the idea from the EVH frankenstein, I see al kind of scares on the back of that guitar.

Hence this: for recent years it seems everybody can make some $$$$ cash out of new Randy things except the Osbournes...... just an observation.

I was told by Jackson Reps that 30 of the 60 tribute guitars will be released in the USA and the other 30 will go to Europe. All 30 US guitars have already been sold to Jackson distributors and will be sold out within the first week of being released. Without a doubt these guitars will be very hard to come by and the lucky few who secure one, will have something very special and unique. This guitar finally has the correct color headstock, pinstripes, binding and wing and neck shape and is a true tribute to RR. This is the guitar that Jackson should have released the first time around, as this really puts a damper on all of the people who have the 1st and second versions of this tribute guitar. Given that they made so few of these guitars, the price will double in no time.
