I just re-watched Randy Rhoads: Reflections of a Guitar Icon, and noticed some Super 8 footage from the Diary tour that I missed the first time. I haven't heard anyone talk about this. It's at 01:36-01:57 (on the BD, probably the same on the dvd).

Everyone went ape over the shitty Detroit Diary footage. Why hasn't this been discussed? Is this Ron Sobol's footage?

I don't remember any of that, thought I've watched it quite a few times Maybe have to watch it again!

No need to watch the whole doc. It's at 01:36 minutes-in and is only about 21 seconds in length.

I must have missed that. Normally that kind of stuff is mentioned here, like the Port Vale & Detroit Super 8 footage was.
