Sharon simply doesn't want anything made that would put her & Ozzy in a bad light. They want to perserve "their" rewritten history of everything that went down with axing Bob & Lee and screwing them or Randy's plans on leaving the band after basically being badgered into doing Speak of the devil to her rewriting Randy's contract right after he died...shady shit...and telling a truthful story about Randy's tenure in the band isn't something the Osbourne's are interested seeing come to light. If you're someone like me who's put in 40 plus years as a fan it's amazing how his story has "morphed" into something completely different then the actual stories from the early 80s.

Right on man!!! Not sure if Ozzy would care (or remember) truth coming out, whatever he thinks it might be, but Sharon's shit would hit the pan for sure

I honestly think, what is so bad about the truth? Ozzy was brilliant enough to surround himself with world class players that gave us the first two albums - including that he could take credit for "discovering" Randy Rhoads (or at least giving him a platform large enough so that others could recognize his talent). He also put together an incredible live band for the Blizzard & Diary U.S. Tours that tore up the states with blazing performances. After RR's untimely passing, Ozzy did it again, by finding Jake E. Lee - a great player in his own right, and kept finding the "right guys" for his studio recordings and live concerts all throughout his career. I don't understand not wanting to put that narrative out there, except that some of the things that Ozzy and Sharon did - if everyone was given a chance to tell their side of the story, were juvenile, deceitful, mean, and bullying.

You can deceive yourself all you want and tell untruths until others think that is what actually happened (George Costanza, Seinfeld: "It's only a lie if you don't believe it."). But at the end of the day, you know who and what you are. Nothing will change that except the grace, love, and forgiveness of an Almighty God. But a lot of people will not hear that, nor understand it. And so, you are back to "you are what you are" with all the shame, regret, guilt, and hopelessness that comes with it.

So the most obvious conclusion is that Sharon doesn't want anything released that would paint Ozzy in a bad light. What that is? Who knows.... Arguments perhaps? Excessive drug usage? Thing is, none of that would make sense to me. Ozzy's famous around the world for drinking shit loads, smoking weed and sniffing gear for pretty much his entire career. Considering Ozzy's reputation for violence as well, there's probably not a story or video that would surprise anyone...

Unless it's the opposite that we're being hidden from.

She should be pleased people still care!
