I don't know if this has been up here, but it's interesting reading. Also, Frankie mentions Ozzy recording their rehearsals. Not that we'll likely to hear them, if they even exist anymore, but still...

By the way, does anyone have Quiet Riot's 1980 Starwoid reunion shows? I lost my cds of those...

I remember reading that. I am not saying its not possible but I just think was a guy just trying to get his name out there again. Banali may have thought that he played it or something close to it and feel it was taken from him. As Bob said, unless there is proof it didn't happen. I also doubt the band was listening to anything that was recorded with Banali afterward.

Just an additional note on that OTM intro, it is also used in Crazy Train after the solo and intro riff before going back to the main riff, at 3:24.
