Birth of a mongrel strat.

Alright, so, I'm putting together a mongrel Strat 
partially inspired by the GREAT Yngwie, so a HS-3 is ordered to go in the bridge.
I am however using the neck from my first guitar, which was a noname strat-copy.
The neck is maple/rosewood thouh, but with 22 frets instead of the usual 21
Well, I'm not sure as to what pickup to put in the neck?
It's probably gonna be another HS-3 or possibly a YJM.

I'm considering a light blue/baby blue finish and coffee-aged plastic details to make it look more ... stratty
