Randy and Angel
Did Randy ever mention the band Angel? Did anyone notice the similarities in some of the leads in the song "Cast the First Stone" to "Over the Mountain"? 1:49 (and 3:13 again), plus another riff at 3:49 on my Angel "On Earth as it is in Heaven" CD.

Thanks for that info. That's interesting. Could have given Randy reason to check out some of their records. Found on Wiki's Rudy page:
"In 1980 he replaced Felix Robinson in Angel until their break-up in 1981. He did not appear on any material recorded by the band."
