Progress of the concord Part 2!!Rare electric guitar Edition

Post by Nick »

I have finely dived back into getting another Randy rhoads concord, ( my first upgraded guitar with matching Anvil case with Randy rhoads handle with care spray painted onto the front got traded for a Gibson black beauty custom from 2003)

This time around I have been having a very difficult time finding the Charvel NOS brass bridge, so I will have to buy a standard brass bridge and buy a straight stainless steel trem arm and buy a brass tip for the trem arm. Other than the bridge I have all the parts ready to order.

Here is my first few progress pics of the guitar with the neck

They have been very nice and have been giving me regular updates

UPDATE: I have found a guy that is willing to make me the trem bar with the brass tips like the original. He said that it will take 3-4 week to make and will be made from scratch, they should arrive around the same time as the guitar itself!!!

Through PayPal it will cost about $70 including shipping.

I have found the brass knobs but can't seem to find good brass pickup rings, does anyone have any good recommendations ??

No issues, I play it sparingly to be honest, great investment..

Bad news got an email and the people making the guitar messed up on the paint, they had to resand the guitar and paint it white. They said that it will be 10 days and the guitar will be finished

The guitar is finished at the factory, I will pay for it next week and post the final pic of the guitar at the factory.

Lastly when I recive the guitar, I will post pics of the parts and the processes of putting the new parts on the guitar as well as final review and a few Playthroughs or snippets of varous Ozzy/Randy songs (including quiet riot songs)

Sorry for the long wait everybody due to me moving last week as well as bills I hadent had the money for the final payment for the guitar.
