I think it's brad as his hair looks Curley, pity they left off the other clips from thirty years after the blizzard, but that's to keep its value slightly higher than this set.

Wonder if the 82 MTV clip of Fairies wear Boots is the clip that people have sworn was a Randy clip back in that time period on MTV. I think people had seen it running in the background of a tour dates commercial or something.

That has to be The Ritz 1982 (recording of the Speak Of The Devil album) Another show with slightly "rumored footage" that is true. Not Randy I know, but cool anyhow.

As far as The O's not having anymore Randy footage, that is probably true, but we all know that they could easily pay off one of the many collectors, or filmers that does have footage for another Randy dvd release.

Of course unless they could posses some 8mm film of the 1980 tour, and did not add it to the 30 Years After DVD because of the feud with Daisley. They probably would have added some of that 1984 Salk Lake City footage to this release if Bob wasn't on bass because that is the best footage of the BATM tour.
They showed a quick clip of it on the God Bless Ozzy film, but made CERTAIN that Bob was not in the shot.

yep ...I have wished for years that this show was video'd....It was my youth listening to the SOTD album

Something I have just noticed (yes off topic but it is an official video that is on the DVD) ... in the tribute video for crazy train the dots on randys V are all mess up in the open scenes (along the railway tracks) .. so I assume that V is just a cartoon version of the real on and the real ?? I have watched that video since day one and never noticed until today :?

Well, I have seen the clips for 1991. But the stuff form San Diego and Japan I have not. I guess for me is that there is more pro shot stuff with Zakk. I would like to see Randy but I am not sure there is much else out there. And I love the Zakk Wylde stuff from the early 90's.

Not really interested in this set... not enough Randy for me. Kinda looking forward to Bob's grail tapes (if they're ever released) more so than this. And at $150... it's a big no for me. This should be $99.95/£65. Plus anything "new", footage wise, will be on youtube before you can shake a stick at it. Kind of intrigued with the footage at 4 secs in, with Ozzy and his shaved head.

Please, Ozzy, let's have some more Rhoads stuff. Put the probs with Bob behind you -- and release this stuff. These are historical artifacts that everyone should have the pleasure of hearing ... and to honor Randy's memory and talents.

I doubt anybody here will buy the boxset of this ..... but $22 for the DVD set seems like a great deal to me, I'll be getting it for sure
