OK do any of our UK fan members want a copy of this book. I can send you one for face value $99.00 = £61.80? plus the postage costs to your door. It'll be a big saving on the shipping costs of $60.00. The book is unread and still in its original packaging. If anyone is interested plus let me know. I can only ship this in the UK so please don't ask if your in Europe sorry.
