It would seem weird if Kelly actually played Sharon her own mother. She does look like her, but I mean if there was a love scene with whoever was playing the part of Ozzy she would be doing it with her Dad! Then she gets pregnant and has gives birth to herself. To me that would not work very well. I guess I over analyze to much.

What about Peter Billingsley for Randy.?
Ya know, the guy who played Ralphie in A Christmas Story.?
He looked enough like Randy as a kid:

And even now, if he would shave and put a wig on, I think he could probably play Randy.
