More suggestions...

1) The Board Index<-Forum Info<-Update "selection area" is somewhat dark and small. Can we make that into several "selection buttons"? Anything that makes it easier to find them on the page would be cool.

2) I miss the way attachments automatically open up in a post. Now they look more like an e-mail.

That is all for now... Oh yeah. Looks KICKASS so far!
