I will be sticking around this time! like it or not get use to it. the only reason you have not ban this name is you are trying to cause a drama thread.

The site's features?
I had a RR-Fansite up 1 year ago, called RRTribute.com (it is down now). It had EVERYTHING you described in your "unique/new features" like chatbox/profiles/groups/...
I paid €25 (=30$ or something) for the domain name and hosting, I did the rest (chatbox, forum, gallery etc) by myself. I didn't ask anything for it, it was my own Randy tribute.

The idea of creating an UR group on that site... This is a forum, a place where RR fans meet. And you are saying that we could create a forum on your site where we could do exactly the same? Thats just copying the purpose of this site onto your own site, isn't it?

The only thing that doesn't seem a bad idea is the idea of giving guitars & amps to kids. But if you expect members to pay for the full costs of buying an amp and a guitar and handing it over yourself, how much would that be a kid? How many subscribers would you need for that?
You'd better put “all the website costs” in this idea instead of creating a new forum with stuff we practically already have.

"Server, Software ,Additions to the software" these are all big words for people who don't know alot of webhosting, but I've been running websites since the age of 12 and its really not that hard or expensive.

I would be ok with this whole “RR Network” idea (aren’t UR and TK the RR Network ?) if money didn’t play such a huge role in it.

Please correct me where I’m wrong.
