I wanted to give you folks a heads up on some new features we will have very soon.

One very cool feature especially for boards like UR ,TK and other sites like RR Club for instance. The system has a Group feature built in that allows you to create a group and within that group users can join! So lets say UR starts a group I can join and it will give me access to a private area for that group with its own forum and features. It is not our goal to seperate Rhoads fans but we do know how important it is to some to have your own branch UR, TK , RR Club and so on.

Many new features will come in the near future like GeoMap of Members , A new chat system,Classified Section,Arcade with Highscores and much more! The cool thing about this system is we can build custom mods,so if you have ideas we can review them and make them happen so to speak.

Kelly will be having another open chat and we hope that you all will have time to join in. He will discuss with users what should be free and what should be for subscribers. Kelly and Staff think that it is important to let the fans help make some decisions.

Warnings and Infractions system~
We know that no site is perfect and we will have our share of problem users. We also know that sometimes people are just having a bad day and everyday life may alter there habbits so we give them the benifit of the doubt. Our system allows us to to ban if needed we also can give you rest for 1 hour, 1 day ,1 Month or permanent.

RR Network feels that it is in the best interest of Randy Rhoads to keep fans not get rid of them, so we have a infraction system that will allow 3 warnings before a rest is given. We think this is fair and would like your feedback?

Volunteer Program:
This is a 3 star system as well that I will be disscussing with Kelly in the next few days. As the Network builds with fans from abroad ...and we do think this will happen! we will need help! Tons of pictures,audio & video,quizzes,polls and forum post will be added to the system. We must approve the content before it is posted in most cases to keep out the bad stuff and non Rhoads related content. This is one of the reasons we require you to subscribe to be able to add content we would spend hours trying to delete things that dont need to be on the site.

So.. once this is approved by Kelly and staff we will be looking for 10 volunteers to help us in the future. If you are chosen you will recieve a free account.

Expences: Running a site like this does require MONEY! Server,Software ,Additions to the software,Administratative cost, travel & lodge to present guitars to kids and future marketing adventures to make the site bigger than what it is. Some of you are so worried that Kelly is going to buy a hamburger with subscriber money. Extreme Measures are being taken to set up everything in a very legitimate way.
For one yes the FROW Future Randys of the world will be a non-profit organization. The RR Network will be an LLC, subscriber dollars will go to FROW and ad dollars will go to administative cost what ever they may be.

You must be 18 to join .. but if you have permission from your parents its ok~ we do think it is very important that ages 1-18 join the site they must seek parents approval for what ever they do until they are a legal age and we have nothing to do with that.
But.. the Terms of Service is set up for protection in case of any misconduct. We may revamp the TOS so it clearly states our intent.
Im sure no matter what, someone will find something to complain about! like spaces in user names ~thats expected.

I'm glad you weren't there when Randy came to the Marshall factory and told them he wanted them in white anyways. What would you told him? LOL.... I tried to sign up with the username of my desire (as YOU could here ), never had a problem with signing up, so far YOU are not very supportive while accusing me! I just expect better from a board one have to PAY for. That's really not a good start.....
And what do you know about "supportive"????? You screwed up again and again. (I don't think Kelly knows all.....) He is probably too blinded by his issue with Peter. Good for you..... That stupid SPACE and your 'explanation' is really the least I'm worried about now. Do you really think I trust my personal/financial info to YOU ????? I must be crazy! And what's next? Asking $$$ from people to get the 'film' completed? (raise the 'manipulation' level a bit.... , it's so predictable) I've seen people f*cking other people using RR a bit too much. And since it's so important to you: I never asked a single $ for things I shared, yet I did spend $$$$ (yep 4 digits...) to make things happen you are enjoying now...... Sadly, Steve made so many enemies that I think he can do nothing to to build trust again with RR fans, I hope Kelly is right to trust him because if not this could damage Kelly, I only hope that this whole new site lives up to Kelly's plans and asparations.

The other question people should ask is " Whether a group who has not received Non-profit Organization status is legally allowed to collect donations/funds? Ive been reading up on it and have spoken to a friend who has done this and so far I'm thinking not. I'm not positive about this, but I would rather know that they are set up legally, and know exactly where my contributions are going. And yes if Ian or Patrick were running the show I for one would feel a lot more comfortably. They have done a wonderful job with this site, with their time and unselfish contributions. Many of the people on these forums are very young, I just don't want to see any of them get the shaft.

The other question I have is KG is supposed to be going off to Afganistan soon with his band. How much control or time is he going to have to oversee and make sure all of the proper forms are filed? I think they'd be better off raising funds to contribute to the already set up UCLA fund that was set up by Dee with the money from Randy's estate. But I would still like to know that there would be reporting(spreadsheets) on the allocation of funds.

People here and at TK awhile back helped KG out monetarily when he was having a tough time, I would think he would understand any concern or questions from people contributing.

So in other words for people to get the facts they must join that site and pay a fee to see where the money goes to. I went over there, listen to KG video and as he said tried to take a BROWSE, only for the site to say registered members only can browse. That's not telling it like it is. I am supportive of KG in anything he does, but being absolutely transparent and telling it like it is with facts, does count. Removing the UR Banner from that site is just like saying "screw you UR fans" who have supported KG and kept Randy's legacy alive. Why not just be up front and honest here, and at Tk, and let people know when all paper work is completed and licensed. Then let them make up their minds whether to join or not. Like many others on here I have my charities and causes that I donate annually to. In times past I had donated to organizations where in the end, it ended up being a scam. The money never got to where it was meant to go. Like I said before we have many younglings on here, and I want them to make a well educated and advised decision where their money ends up. At this point I would only donate to the UCLA fund directly. You are a older dude, I'm sure you watch where your money goes, so I would think you would understand this concept easily. I guess we can all agree to disagree on these points.........
