This is the collection thus far:

I might be adding a Boss MT-2 Metal Zone, Road Electronics 4x12" cab [looks like a flight case], and Ashdown Fallen Angel 60w DSP head. Possibly a Line6 Pod X3 Live as well, mainly because the controls seem to be a little more sturdy than on my Korg AX3000G, and the X3 Live has a USB port, which will hopefully make it easier to record. Approx. $550 for everything.

I may get rid of the Ampeg 4x12", unless my friend is interested in helping me find replacement speakers. I think I will use my DOD 250 preamp or Boss Super Overdrive infront of the Ashdown to kick the second channel into metal territory. I'll probably use the Metal Zone on my Peavey Rockmaster head. I may use some of my distortion pedals into the clean channel of the Ashdown, but I don't know yet. I also plan to utilize the effects loop on the Ashdown, and put the Pod X3 Live there.

Alright, enough of my rambling.

That's a pretty nice guitar. I jammed on one of those recently at Guitar Center.

I lurve mine...minus the fact the neck is ridiculously thick. My tiny woman hands can barely handle it.

I had a Mockingbird back in the late '90's and I loved it... one of the gems I let slip away.

Randy had Tiny woman hands and look what he could do, big fat hunks of meat like most men seem to have are only good for putting up fences or fixing trucks etc!

Now we should talk about guitars ,which is when I leave! I don't play guitar

I wouldn't worry about little hands, hide! As Ian mentioned, think of Randy!
Speaking of girl guitarists, you could think of....erm. Hm.
Leona Boyd? Joan Jett? Uh...Lita Ford?
That's all I got.

Alas, I do like Leona Boyd a lot!

it just hit me ... I haven't upgraded my rig in a loooooooong time,
but on the other hand, I don't feel like it's necessary ;)

used to have a vintage MXR EQ, noisegate, a wah and some EMG pickups.
I sold off most of it and ended up keeping the wah and an EMG 60 in the bridge.
I did by a used delaypedal sometime last year, but haven't used it much
so it's basically guitar, amp, wah

Actually I have calmed it down quite a lot (what some refer to as GAS!)

Well...
there is one incy wincy thing I would love.

the guy who fixes my guitars makes lovely acoustic and nylon guitars. As a fun conversation recently we spoke of a Classical shaped like the Ibanez EP 9, in Black, with maybe 21 frets and the body very large to have some real serious volume in it!

I would like my trade mark Horse on the body (like my Les Paul and V have)
I have never seen a high end Black Classical either!

I would have to come up with the deposit, convince Suzie my wife, allow a good few months for it to be built....

but it is possible!!!!!!! :) :)
