Any Ozzy songs that make you cry?

Post by lil_miz_rhoads »

Are there any songs that ozzy has written in the past that have made you cry? If so post here. The songs I cry to are Changes (it reminds me of my bird Buster. Buster passed away) and see you on the other side.

I actually don't cry on any of Ozzy's songs.. :?

The song that makes me a bit emotional is Hurt by Johnny Cash;

Yeah, that killed me too Stewie, about 2/3rds in I'm not ashamed to say. Could barely recognise the original after Johnny left his mark. An amazing talent.

Same here on Mr. Cash. I love his version of "Hurt". Listen to this song and
think of someone you have lost or even Randy Rhoads, and tell me a tear don't come to your eye! :cry:

See You On The Other Side, My Little Man, and Aimee

SYOTOS = because i sung it once, while i had a cancer scare, but it aint the Ozzmosis version, its the Demo version, the saxaphone just hits me!
My Little Man = because it is beautiful in some sense
Aimee = It made me think about one day if I did have a kid, would we ever fall out? lol, sad i know but hey!

Tonight is very moving, listening to Randy just playing those fading notes. It always feels like I am saying goodbye to Randy myself. I remember Frank mentioning that the first time he heard 'Diary' was after Randy had passed and 'Tonight' was very emotional for him as well.
Cologne she'll wear silver and americard, She'll drive a beetle car and beat you down at cool Canasta. And when the clothes are strewn don't be afraid of the room touch the fullness of her breast feel the love of her caress she will be your living end.

Goodbye To Romance hit me about Randy, and it was also the song i sung when i was leaving school at 14

I nearly cried when I saw him try to sing Perry Mason live once, not 'cos it was emotional no, 'cos it was crap.

I had a little cry when I heard about Dime being killed, but no one else really though.
