Yeh I love the vibrato that all the guitarists had with the band and I love the music, one of my favourite bands. Phil lynott was so cool.

It's great to see this band still active and for everyone who never had the chance to see Lizzy back in the day when Phil Lynott was the front man. He was a sad loss and he was in my eyes one of the best lead singers, what a showman. I would of loved to of seen the classic line up with Brian Robertson and Scott Gorham but unfortunately i was too young. I only got to see them for the first time back in 1980 with Snowy White on guitar. But everytime they came to town i was there, and i never seen them do a bad set. It was in 1983 when the band decided to do the farewell tour. The stage was blessed with the excellent guitarist John Sykes. He picked up the duties of frontman back in 2002? to get the Lizzy crew back on the road. Everyone who thought he'd not be able to full fill the role, how wrong they were. Just a timeless class act who are one of the best bands out there and still doing it. I've not seen the current line up in action but with guys like Viv Campbell on guitar and the original drummer Brian Downey back on the drum stool. I'm sure these guys will be well worth seeing on the next tour in 2012.

The first Lizzy record I bought was Chinatown with Snowy White on guitar...

I recently watched a BBC documentary on Thin Lizzy and I must say, I didn't realize just how good a player Brian Robertson is. Eric Bell was pretty phenomenal as well.
