I also forgot Maynard James Keenan, I like him better than Chris Cornell so replace Chris Cornell and thats five.

Steve Perry..voice of an angel
Joe Lynn Turner..very under-rated singer..such a soulful voice
Eric Martin-another "full of soul" singer who I adore.
Ray Gillen-he was amazing..his career was so short 
beautiful voice..

How could I forget Chris Cornell? He's got an amazing voice...Soundgarden and Audioslave were awesome.
