I hope your back gets better.I had a back scare last year and that is when i decided due to my age i had to start excercise program.I swim hardcore now 2-3x a week and rollerblade.I feel great for it and no depression ever.Im still a fuckin bitch though!!

Thanks. I haven't had to use the cane for a month now, so hopefully things are looking up. My back issues remind me of people with Cancer going into remission... I get to the point that the pain is minimal and go for quite a while that way and then one wrong step and I can't move. A Year later and the pain subsides again... not crossing my fingers, but not being depressed either.

I get what you're saying about Obama not being more vocal.

As for the Occupy movement, both sides came down on that because they're afraid of what will happen to them if it gets too organized.

Here in Seattle, ANY and EVERY movement draws in the anarchists who turn every event into a riot. They've taken to antagonizing the cops and making sure there are cameras to document the 'brutality' of the cops. Frankly I'd like to see anyone who covers their face at a rally be shot in the damn head! If you believe in the movement, have the courage to stand up for what you believe in. The anarchists ruin everything by undermining the legitimate complaints.

as much as i dislike the juvenile potheads and idiot anarchists, they do represent a growing disenfranchized sector of the population.In fact i wouldnt be surprised if the cops or govt bussed these aholes to the protests just to discredit some very insightful events.

I did aquatic therapy years ago and it did wonders... then after my most recent episode I did 6 weeks of aquatic therapy again and the therapist (same one as the first time) said I tested worse after the therapy than before it! Now that the pain has subsided, I've signed up at the local pool to get some time in the water again. Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it.


As for the cops bussing in the anarchists, that's an interesting concept. In some respects I can see that happening. The Seattle cops got in major hot water a year ago by being a bit to aggressive with these idiots. Personally I thought the jerks deserved to be beaten by the cops...

How can someone be proud of being a vandal? The police are employed to protect the community from people like this and when they do, they are called 'pigs'. There is no place in our society for anarchists.
