I should just say that I can't verify the source of this info. It came from a friend. Having said that I find it all too believable. I guess the homeless guy got a heavy sentence because he carried out an 'armed' robbery regardless of the fact he did not actually have a weapon.

U can get 5 years for 5 grams of crack.. But it takes 100 grams of coke to do the same... Who's more likely to sell coke vs crack.. Who stole from the biz.. Who robbed the bank?
