I need to talk with the moderators of Ultimaterhoads as this concerns my PM that was hacked. I have proof that needs to be given to the proper authorities immediately! It is my belief RRFish was indeed hacked as well. I need to speak to Ian by telephone A.S.A.P. This individual has total access to all our PM's. This does not just affect this site but RR.US as well.

Dude you are not going to believe this but RRfish was correct. She was definitely hacked! I didn't believe her but now I have the proof. What can I say I am thankful to my brother who uses a computer next to mine and noticed that his computer was being probed. I thought he was just being paranoid but BLAM! I saw it happen. I would tell you the whole story but I know this person is damn good at this stuff. I don't go around saying such things unless I have proof but when Trigger sees it for himself he's going to know I am 100% correct. I printed out the e-mail that directly links this person's activity to this site. I am presently asking my dad (who is a retired lawyer) about this misdemeanor. He told me that in the United States, the federal government generally considers a crime punishable with incarceration for one year or less to be a misdemeanor. That's real jail time. In order to do this right I had to put my aol e-mail account in the lowest possible level of security. This hacker was thus able to see everything I was doing. My brother told me this would be the best way to catch this person in the act. There are programs that are used to do this and my brother knows them all. Anyways, the e-mail draws an incriminating link between our PM database and RR.us. How do I know this? I used coded words in my PM with Trigger on May 13, 2010. This was my birthday. I'm surprised no one found it odd that I went out of my way to tell everyone it was my birthday. I did that because now I made you all witnesses. Sorry about that but I needed to catch this person by specifying an exact day. That was my first seed to catch them. A birthday occurs only once a year. The first thing you need to catch a hacker is an exact day. Oh yeah, I used coded words in my PM to Trigger. I never use these words. I'm from Texas so I see bulls everywhere. That was another seed of incrimination because I needed a phrase that would drive the hacker into a reaction. Has anyone ever heard of the phrase, "A Bull In A China Shop?" Well I used it in my PM with Trigger. Today I received an e-mail perfectly gift wrapped with an exact reference date to my birthday and that phrase. It's not a shiny bullet but it sure feels like one. I consequently raised all my aol security defenses back up and e-mailed family members to keep the e-mail as proof.

I lost over 330 friends at RandyRhoad.us because of this "mission" I was on to prove everyone here right. Yes, today I was officially banned from RandyRhoads.us. It really hurts but sometimes you have to do whats right to catch the bad guy in the act. I don't know what the end result of all this will be. Sorry for more drama but I didn't seek it out. It simply found me. I will relay this e-mail to Trigger and I hope we can have discussion on this board about what we need to do to better protect ourselves from those that are invading your privacy.

Well I am happy to help in anyway possible EA, reply to my PM and we can sort this out I just saw this and agree thast whatever needs doing should be done. I feel saddened by the obsesive lengths gone to and to me this demonstrates more and more that somebody needs help.

I am sorry that you are removed from .US' but this community only works when they operate with trust and respect and it is better to be with friends and respected than alwats in fear of deletion or attack.

If you are running a windows system can you please look to see if there is Isass.exe running, note that lsass.exe is a windows security program, you are looking for(capital i) Isass.exe. Get rid of it immediately.

I found no trace of that on my computer, but I am not willing to take the chance that through an RR fan site that someone will get into my personal world through my computer.

Being a fan of Randy Rhoads is not worth this bullshit. So, I'm done with this "community".

Take good care Paul I am sure that what is being done ilegaly will be resolved to the letter of the law which is how I understand things are progressing.
You will be missed Paul but in time I am sure that this will be a blip and the removal of the problem element will be a boost to the community I know TK will agree with us about that.
