Thanks so much for this. I am guilty of ignoring this, as I got a notification on youtube and dismissed it as spam
The first song was cut together great and so bloody moving...I was surprised to see the famous and non famous together too! Great stuff.
By the way the Classcal/Spanish guitar in black the beginning of he second clip is Cpt Matt's dream look Guitar!!

I meant to post in this thread but it passed me by as I dealt with home and wotk stuff. I think it was an amazing idea and should this be used around the Arab world a little more it would really help to build bridges.
This group you posted Alex recently played live at the Glastonbury festival in Britain and I believe they were a real hit there.
It reminds me of the work of Daniel Baranboim who though Jewish and born in Argentina became Israeli to get a better musical education and then conquored the world as a musician and conductor, recently he put together a youth Orchestra made up of Israeli and Palestinian Children who have wowed the world and the Middle East. He took the even braver step of taking up Palestinian nationality and opting to carry a Palestinian Passport so he had to line up at those unpleasent check points with his young Arab musicians.
