WHEW!
What a day! The weather people kept saying that it was going to rain, but it held out just in time.
It was overcast most of the day, and even tho I put some sunscreen on, I still got the back of my legs burned, shoulders and face. NICE!
Here are some pictures and a little video of the day. I'll post up some of Mike's pictures a little later in the thread.
This is a float that our late Sheriff Harry Lee always rode on. It is called "Harryleesiana" Even tho he has passed away, the tradition will continue.

Here are a few little videos. In one of them, I catch a "moonpie". It is a type of cookie with marshmello inside. In another, one of the trucks blows its horn. You can hear the yelling of "heeeeyyyyyy". I really don't know a single person who says "throw me something, mister". That just takes to long to say. So "heeeeeeyyyyyy" is your typical yell.
