Ultimate Rhoads

This is a painting i did in memory of the holocaust victims, it has been signed by three holocaust survivors... I did this 2 years ago.

The german text is translated as

"What if holocaust never ended? Would we still however be free?"

I have also done this painting a while ago. This one is a surreal intereptation of Revelation, but as a shattered universe, i told you about the vase theory, well this is it on a larger scale.

That bird looks so stark and grey like a cold nazi

This is very emotive work Simon. Underneath your great humour and unique ways is a very insightful man who knows how to connect with the dark side of life.

I would think of myself as a Mike Oldfield of Art xD but i aint really..

I am hoping to sell the Revelation one lol.. but to no sucess up here, but i might do in march i think.. if it goes into the exhibition.

I had posted a reply in here the day after simon posted this! where has it gone? I must have such huge alter ego that is out of control I must have censored my own post!

Anyway, while I am in control.

I really like the bleakness of the first peice and think that the lack of colour coneys this well. I was going to add some pictures of my own about occupation of Palestinian land. But I think as topics they clash and it wouldnt convey the differences between the two events and would muddy the subjects.

He pulled the "i was only saying"... but i have an accoustic ive painted somewhere in the shed if you want me to put a picture up of that? It's pretty amaturish though!
