I don't care what no one says. I studied that video. Rodney kept getting up and charged at the cops, thats why he got beat. If he would have stayed down they wouldnt have beat him.

The way I see it, the cops did the wrong thing, cops are trained to deal with criminals, they should be able to restrain one man without a beating. That said, Rodney was stopped for a reason and then did not comply with the cops orders.frank wrote:i'm with zmack on this one. there were three men in that car. the other names are not household words because THEY complied.
Regardless of that, he didn't deserve to be shot in the face all these years later.
