Forty Years
You both been so wonderful,
to me and everyone here,
You've lived a life quite peaceful,
Just knowing you're my friends,
I can only hope it never ends,
What more could I say,
About this special day,
I wish you prosperity,
More peace and serinity,
I'll watch over you two,
I'll make sure its alright,
I'll keep my promise true,
To meet you some day... some night.

It has been so nice recieving everyones best wishes and knowing that my close friend Simon took the time to write this for me means even more. I take so much encouragment from people like you here at UR but I find this poem quiet overwhelming.
I had a lovely birthday and when I came back early today and discovered this I was stunned.
I know that Gina will appreciate this as much as I do so Simon thank you for caring, believe me when I say to you that it goes two ways and I hold you with the greatest of respect.
I will telephone later this week.
