I mean its like my vase theory..

If i tell you to think of a vase what would you think of? (if you answer, ill tell you what i'd think of)

Simon[/quote]

I read this then paused and captured the first 3 words that sprang to mind: Cold, Empty, Dark...

Over to you!!!

Well id take the vase, have it gently and slowly smash on its own accord, its peices will twinkle in light, but the peices are not on the floor but rather in orbit around myself, and i am inside a black room with no light but the light that alluminates the shards, this is not agressive but rather a soothing action.

See how we see things differently?

I'm not one for great depth but I guess the difference between our translations of your vase theory is that I would tend to take things on face value whereas you'd see it as an exploration? - Interesting stuff

Yup you just hit the nail on the head there! This is actually what seperates me from everyone when i was in the art department at college, they encourage us to think outside the box, yet i thought outside the space around the box itself.

Here's a short story I wrote in 1996 as part of some ramblings that I put together at the time (I was working on lyrics but it came out different to how I expected - No wonder they say there's a book in everyone!!!)...

That damn box they say to think outside of LOL...I am with you Simon. I think of a infinite space full of an infinite amount of boxes.

Here is someone who I think was an outsider, thought 'outside the box' and also someone I think was an undiagnosed Aspergers man

I remember watching him as a kid. The wrestling stuff was some of the last comedy he did as I recall. He was wild and he made you kind of uncomfortable. That was his genius I believe - you never knew if he was being serious or not. They said at his funeral many of those who attended looked around during the service just knowing he was going to walk in any moment. A true testimony to how good he was.

Simon...
That was wonderful. The whole time I was reading it, I was thinking of Poe's The Tell Tale Heart.
Just wonderful. One day, I'll write something worthwhile. Doubt it'll be as good as yours, tho...
