Hey Matt,

It was an outside gig, we barely beat the weather that weekend but had a really good turn-out and just had an absolute blast. I have only been singing for about 6 months (as far as in a band), I've played guitar for 28 years and had NO idea how hard it would be to do both at the same time, it gets easier every time but I now have even more respect for guys like John Sykes and Dave Meniketti who pull it off with seeming ease.

Oh Well Here is Gunter (myself) about a million years ago in maybe 1978 on stage at some outdoor festival in a tent, such great venues back then!!! Playing my 1976 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe I wish I still had that guitar....My 15 min went by really fast but I had a High great time. will try to post a recent pic soon but for the meantime just picture David Gilmore, not for the playing genius but for the image of a balding old fat man and there you have it!!!!

I wish I still had that Guitar but being a guitar player yourself Matt you know how hard it is to not trade and sell stuff for other stuff that catches your fancy at the time! I think I traded that in on 2 old TRAYNOR heads and cabs that I used to use,the one guitar I really wish I had still was my 1976 Gibson Explorer that I purchased new. I had replaced the stock pickups in it with 2 DiMarzio super distortion humbuckers and played it through a Marshall OMG it was sweeeeet!!!. I have a pic of it somewhere I will post soon.

This is me with my colleague (and ex guitar pupil too ) at the school I am leaving in 4 days! I have a new job and will miss a few of the people but really looking forward to the change.

anyway she HATES football, HATES football tops and HATES England flags...so i had to get a picture with her cuddling up to my football shirt
