Hey I bought a DVD set on eBay and I enjoyed them pretty much, though a lot of the quiet riot videos are just parts of the original ones. I have the cookoff with the interviews but the sound is fuzzy and samples of the songs:
-Gonna Have a Riot (first minute with sound dissapearing after 20 seconds and then coming back)
-Suicide Show 1min10
-Interviews, crazy firemen picture + Quiet Riot cheers!
-More drunk interviews :P

That's about a total of 6 minutes

You could extract the DVD files to mpeg or avi files from the DVD's using DVD SHRINK 3.2, and then you could create a torrent or put it up on a filesharing site. If you doo I'd like to have a copy of the video ;)
