What do you think of this signature ?.

I've bough this signed Blizzard album as a potential investment and i'll be reselling this very shortly so keep your eyes open on ebay. I know Randy's signature varies from one signing to the next but i was suspicious on this one. I'm sure the Ozzy signature has been signed more recently and the Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake signatures look to be from the period. Let me know what you think. If your no expert, please don't chime in saying it's shit. Believe me i've bought many signatures and i have seen enough to be satisfied. I just want the vote of approval the record and poster are probably worth £50.00 without the signatures Cheers

I was watching this one as well and in fact contacted the seller to see if was willing to ship to Australia. My gut feeling on this one is that it's legit, but I'm certainly no expert. I see what you mean by suspicious though, the signature looks rather 'squarish' compared to others and doesn't seem to flow like other might, but to me at least it looks genuine enough and I wouldn't have been interested in this one if I thought those were fakes. Many others just have Ozzy's and Randy's sigs which is usually some kind of indication that it may suss, especially when it's coming from the original Blizzard UK tour.

My record (you may remember Shaun) that I purchased last year is very similar this in the sense that Randy's, Bob's and Lee's sigs were signed in Biro pen and the Ozzy sig was signed in marker.

Hi Reece / Rhys, Yeah i've just had to check your posts. I remember that one you won on ebay. You got yourself a few good items for good prices. Did you ever get your album framed ?. I'm sure you'll get Bob to sign the front cover one day. He's a good guy i asked him a while ago if i sent him a Blizzard promo photo would he sign it. No problem it came back and he'd enclosed one of his picks.
Rhys did you bid on this one ? The price jumped up at the last minute, but i'm happy with the price i got it for. I've seen Randy's signature change so much with his R's having sharp pointy < darts coming out of them i've seen them like balloon shaped, rounded and straight forward R's that are very basic. I know the signature is missing a couple of letters as the pen wasn't writing very good. But the imprint on the 'andy' is very much what i recognise as being the same. The seller did say he got it back in the mid 80's and the Ozzy signature is from them. It looks like how Ozzy's signs his signature today.
I'm going to have to resell this as i'm pot broke skint. So if anyone is wanting to bid on this it'll be on ebay from this Sunday 14th October for a 7 day auction. Good luck if your having a bid  Cheers

No I haven't gotten it framed yet, it's just sitting on a shelf at the moment, only because I've been lazy and I think I want to get Bob to sign it on the front with the other three since he signed the back only. Hopefully when/if his book comes out he will do a book signing in Melbourne or something and ill get to meet him.

I didn't bid on this item as the seller told me that he had quite a few people from the US interested in it and he was going to re-list the item with international shipping. I was surprised too it jumped up the last few seconds to what it did. I guess since it went over the reserve in the end he was happy to get what it sold for. Hopefully with a little bit of advertising on here and the right people watching you'll get a handsome amount for the record next week! I'll be watching.... Hahaha

The album arrived this morning and it's in excellent condition. The cover has a slight amount of edge wear and has been kept in a vinyl cover. After 32 years it is in amazing condition. The fold out poster has been used and has 4 neat pin holes in each corner. A few marks on the back but overall its in nice condition. The white inside lyric sheet is still in a nice clean condition and has been kept as an insert rather then to protect the record / vinyl. The Randy signature is 100% now i can see the 'andy' that has sealed it for me. This should make a great addition to an Ozzy / RR fan's collection. Check out the signatures

Oh yeah those are much better pics! That's a superb buy with all the additional items that came with it, I mean mine didn't even come with the vinyl lol. In terms of Blizzard sigs it doesn't get much better than this. Good luck Shaun, this one should be interesting.

I'm surprised no one has put an opening offer on this cool item. If this was in a specialist Rock memorabilia auction this would sell for 2K plus easily. If i didn't own this one i'd be on it like flies on dog turd. If anyone is being cautious to bidding on it. I would guarantee this would pass any PSA DNA tests. I wouldn't relist this if i had any doubts of it being a fake. Good luck if your watching this one

Well my investment paid off and it went to a big RR fan in Japan. One of the members on here 'Whipper' had a bid and his £600 shout wasn't enough. Don't worry i'm keeping a look out for one for you ok.

Thanks, I had stumbled upon it on eBay before you posted it here. Funny that I did, because I rarely bother to check there anymore.

I normally would've set a higher limit, but this was a really bad time for it. It's been two years since the last chance at a fully signed original lineup Blizzard LP (which was yours too) though, so I had to give it a shot. At least it wasn't as bad as before, that one went for over £2,000!! Better luck in a couple more years I suppose. At least I drove the price up some for you. I'm very surprised by how little competition there was otherwise. There was no question about authenticity, and like Reece said, it doesn't get much better than this!
