They ALL look really great. Is it OK if I submit one for shits and giggles? I don't know what the exact pixel dimension is supposed to be.

That does look very tasty and i love the centre pic with the spotlight on Randy it sets the banner up very nicley. I mentioned earlier about the overlap with the UR maybe we could lose the RR and replace that with UR in the same style. Just a suggestion, some cool ideas but which one do we pick ?. I would pick 3 and put them to the vote.

I agree with Shaun's idea to pick 3 or 4 and start a pole to make a decision or else we won't have a banner for the next 10 years!

Changed the white to goldenrod for a bit of the old UR style.
Or we could change the text colour to this, as its a little brighter
