I'm currently writing something that sounds quite nice and I'm looking for variety near the beginning by using all my fingers to play more notes in the same time. It's in 3/4 btw for now. I might need to change the time signature later.
example:
-------11-11---7---
---9-----------------
---------------------
---------------------
Rather than simply using 3 quarter notes, I changed the F# to 2 eighth notes just for a little bit of simple variety near the beginning.
But now I'm looking to do this. Imagine:
-------9--6---------
---7-----------------
---------------------
---------------------
Now put the 3 Es there into a triplet. You get 3 notes in one beat right? That's the sort of timing I'm looking for. But I can physically do 2 notes for every note in the triplet. The thing is, how do I tab this out on GP properly? I just can't get it to fit right!
Anyone help? cheers
