The biomechanics of guitar playing

So I've been stepping up my guitar practice lately and have noticed pain at the inside of my elbow. This is known as Medial Epicondylitis or "Golfers Elbow" and can be quite annoying.

So I was looking up info on the subject and came across this website which is "designed to help guitarists be more comfortable with their instrument." It's really quite interesting to read and I thought I'd share it with y'all.
