Dont worry,he would have followed the same trajectory of musical genius that has plagued all other guitar heroes-he would have become a boring nostalgia item like evh,jimmy page,clapton et al.Death in your prime allows you to avoid this pitfall.

Yeah but classical muscians get better with time and Randy was no slouch when it came to practicing. I think he might have been a excepton?
