It looks like NYC '81, so Tommy is correct. It may be featured in the Palladium footage, I think I need to revisit. Ozzy did a similar face (crazy face) in Crazy Train in After Hours. Nope, the new footage is from the first set (no solo) and Ozzy is wearing a black Diary type of shirt. The 8mm it's to hard to tell but here are some pics from a guy selling on ebay. I didn't see the shot from the pic I bought.

Great shot! Randy was meant to play a flying v, just looks perfect on him.

I definitely agree with you!!! Actually, I think any guitar would have looked good on Randy, let alone what he could have played with them!!!
