Found it Googling Blizzard Of Ozz Tour 1981.
I don't think this one is (that's why I said a new pic).....pretty cool if not anyway.....

Man theres a couple of pics on facebook that look like video stills..i cant remember the name of it..but there s a certain look to a video paused compared to a photo

There are probably 6 or seven live shows where the screens I could swear they were footage stills
