George's solo's on recordings tend to be more like Randy than EVH, especially early in his career...Tooth and Nail..Under Lock and Key... Live, depending on songs, he does both RR and EVH inspired licks. Randy's solo's were songs within the song, EVH with little exceptions are totally winged, and George is a good balance of both. Check out his instruction video...He's in the studio with Max Norman during the making of the Wicked Sensation album...blowing as musicians refer to it as....Little snip ts appear and they take the best runs...and then they put the solo together...punch in... Main difference is Randy constructed his solo's and doubled them, note for note....Amazing consistency...even the guide solo on "Little dolls" is a gem...
