But they are limited so I guess that is a perfct way to charge $$$$ on them

Nothing new here. I believe I have seen these before in books or Japanese books. So, this is the way it's done legally? What makes them limited if he has the negatives? I'm glad that people aren't profiting off the death of Randy Rhoads. Had Ross Halfin put a book out for $100 of RR instead of trying to gouge fans I wouldn't be so outraged. Jay Banbury charged $35 for poster sized prints which is totally fair. Opinions?

Jay Banbury's posters are all stolen property. Although the copyright of the images belong to Jay, I paid to have all eight of the Randy Rhoads 24 x 36 posters printed. Jay and his wife stole all of the money generated from the sales of all of the poster prints and also stole all of the remaining 5,000 posters that were printed. Jay was to reimburse me for the cost of the printed posters and give 50% of the profits to the Randy Rhoads charitable trust. It is an insult to me, the fans and the Rhoads family that this asshole is profiting not only from Randy, but from stolen merchandise! Trust me, everyone behind the scenes including the Rhoads family knows what this asshole did! There is also a lawsuit in place. FUJB

Well as far as i know Jay is still selling them on ebay. If they are stolen property and you can prove it. I think you need to contact ebay. That's a serious amount of bucks to be taking away from you 5000 X $30

Yes, my attorney and I are well aware of Jay selling the stolen posters on ebay. We have all of the screen shots that show him selling the posters when he first arrived back in Amarillo last year up until today. As a matter of fact we are set for court on May 7th in Amarillo Texas as Jay and his wife postponed the last hearing. I have all of the receipts for the printing along with all of the sales records for the first six months of sales that total thousands and thousands of dollars. Not only were the posters stolen, Jay and his wife also took several laptop computers and an ipad before they bolted out of California and moved back to Amarillo TX. I don't like airing dirty laundry as that's not how I roll, but after seeing people praise Jay about the posters, seeing them for sale on ebay and on the walls of all of the fans, people should know what this asshole is really all about.
It's really disappointing that this asshole continues to profit off the back of Randy and never sent one dime to the family for the Rhoads Charitable trust as promised. Not to mention reimbursing me for the print or for giving him a job for the past three years!

I think they were $35 originally. I bet a lot of users may have bought posters and have receipts (evidence)? I'm sorry if intruded and I'm not a reporter but why not tell the RR community if these are out there and you were ripped off by Jay Banbury? Isn't that Randy cut-out (white Jackson) from the same set of those posters. The cardboard cut out can be seen here at the wine tasting @3:15;

And I noticed they had the other posters too from the set. Surely the Rhoads family knows who's pictures they are. It was 2010. I don't know if this helps or hurts...
