Front cover for Randy

I know RR has been featured in many magazines since he died. But how many magazines did he feature on the front cover while he was alive. The only one i can think of is the Sounds (UK) newspaper / mag with the photo of Ozzy dragging him into the sea. Can anyone remember if he was on the cover of any guitar magazines or other music mags while he was alive.

The only ones I remember are maybe a couple of the underground fanzines? The major guitar mags were just sniffing him out when the accident happened...

i remember seeing hit parader,circus,and guitar player but the earliest i can remember was this one here..nov 82 and the mags were always a couple months behind...

These are another couple of magazines that featured Randy on the cover these both came out in 1982 after he had died. These are both 'Guitar Heroes' magazines from the UK. He couldn't of been in a better titled mag. The one with EVH on the cover featured Randy on the back cover.

This was probably the last magazine to feature Randy on the cover and a couple of pages inside.

I drew this shot of Randy superimposed over an article about his death in my high school art class in '83... was voted best artist in the school by the teachers as a result

I had a t-shirt made, with the Ozzy/Randy-pic in that "Life on the fast lane"-headline (the pic is also on Providence´81 bootleg-CD (except I think it was not Providence-show at all!?)
I thought it looked cooler than the Tribute-pick up picture so I had it printed...But the shirt wasn´t too good quality and it took washing no good at all... Maybe I´ll have a re-print made, it´s one of the coolest Ozzy/Randy-pictures!!!
