I'm trying to figure out which program was sold at the San Antonio Show in February 1982. There were two different programs sold on the tour but I don't know which one is from this show. Here is Program number 1

The 1981 world tour program was used for the gigs in November in Germany and the December gigs in the UK. Alot of the dates for the UK and Europe shows had to be cancelled and the merchendise carried on being sold in the early part of the USA tour. Then the 1982 Diary program was made available. The world tour program was still available for sale when the Tribute album came out, an address was printed for mail order purchase for that program and other merch t-shirts etc.
