God we are scraping for threads these days.... I would say his hair was dyed as i've seen some photos of RR when his blonde locks are virtually non and i think his hair was cut into the style of a feather cut which was very popular in the 80's.Does that answer your question girls!!!!! :?: I think Rudy had a bit of a hairdresser in him as i've seen a photo of him cutting Randy's hair.OOHH! that reminds me i must book an appointment to get my nails done..

See what you think of this. There's another similar somewhere with his hair completely brown too.

It is possible he dyed it, but I noticed when his hair is darker he appears pale. Maybe his hair lightens when he spends time in the sun. This happens to me and it realy looks bleached out after awhile.

Like Jakes, Randy's hair was ultra volumized!

Randy is often referred to as being blonde, yet a lot of the pictures show his hair as brown. He was a Californian and and California is forever sunny. I'm sure it's a simple case of his hair color lightening in the sun.

I have also heard that Randy was obsessive about his hair, so I'm sure he knew quite a bit about styling. On the back of QR 1, Randy is credited as playing "Guitars... and hair dryer" (yes, there is a hairdryer effect on the record).

Also remember, Rudy was a hairdresser before becoming a rock star, and was known to work on Randy's hair.

I don't remember the particulars about Rudy's job prior to QR... someone at RR.TK might know.

I remember seeing a picture of Rudy doing Randy's hair, I'll have to look around and see if I can find it.
