Randy is pedaling off of the open A string. He then pulls off of the third string A on the second fret and pulls off of the second fret E on the fourth string and then the third fret C on the fifth string. He continues to what sounds like the G on the third fret on the sixth string before coming back up to open A again. This is simply the A minor pentatonic in open position. At :16 He alters it by extending the scale to the third string B at the fourth fret. It all ends on the A chord of course at the very end.

First of all, thanks for writing that out.

For those begging for tabs, why not tab it yourself from this description? It's actually a pretty simple little thing if you know your scales. If you don't know your scales, go learn 'em:D

Use Pattern 4 in the open position (Key of A) and just follow the dots. Oh, and for those not familiar with all the positions, Position 4 in A would mean all the dots marked with 1's would be open strings.

Randy could make very simple things sound amazing.

Have fun,

Paul
