this is from a vid on youtube that pic was from footage the footage is from the mtv best new talent award
watch the vid fully randy has his PVD just take a few pics while there filming randy

but the pics were from the side at an angle
who ever took the pics were probly taking them while mtv camera crew were filming randy

this time i know i am right ive seen the this clip and pic a million times so dont say its from a show

PLEASE FIND MORE OF THESE PICS I HAVE SEEN THIS PIC A MILLION TIMES BUT THE SITE IT WAS ON WAS TAKIN DOWN AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN THIS PIC IN LIKE 3 YEARS

From the video of the September 22, 1979 Quiet Riot show at the Starwood. Randy wore the black/white outfit for the first set and the red/white for the second set. I believe this show was also the debut of the polka-dot V.

The one with the dresses is from the night they opened for Van Halen in Santa Monica, CA.
