just found this on gibsons website its not the same freight board but you could take out the neck and swap it

if i rember right the same pickups that are in this guitar are as close as you can get to randys les paul

and from what ive been tould the white yellows over time and boom you got a randy rhoads les paul copy

i may be rong but i am just trying too help so please be nice

erhm, those pickups are NOTHING like the ones Randy had in his LP.
and swapping the neck is no walk in the park either 8)

theres nothing that sounds a little alike :?:

i am not talking about supper close i am talking about some thing that is on the market that any one can buy they dont have to be gibsons pickups

Get some dimarzio super distortion pickups and make sure they say RR used these!!

ive been lookin for old t tops hard to find

you said super distortion an JB pickups

super in bridge and JB in neck did not think of that

No I meant, He had a Jb Bridge /Jazz neck in concorde, Super D bridge/paf neck in polka and TTops in LP, but the Riff Raff are modeled like the TTop.

Im guessing the 57+ would likely be similar to the TTops as well althouth im not 100% on those being like the TTops. Good sounding pickups though

what do you think of the website i found they make PAF T top replica bridge and neck pickups from the 70s hand wound found the website by accident this may answer mine and everybodys randy les paul pick up problem sorry been sick and when your sick you have a lot of time on your hands
