why is mr crowley live after hours blocked on youtube but not the other three songs

because it's AWESOME!

Same thing for me, I did manage to find it on google video, somehow I managed to find the old search engine before youtube and i found it there. Also IDK is blocked for me too but I found that one as well somewhere else but as far as Youtube goes you get 2 of them

That's why you need to buy the DVD, so you don't need to rely on YouTube.

Part 6 of the Fuji documentary has also been blocked when all the other parts aren't - they make up their own rules.

I know that a lot of people like to think that 'fair use' applies to everything. "I'm not selling it, so I can do this." Sorry, but that's not the case. When you post on YouTube anyone can download a copy which can then be sold. So posting on YouTube is just a slightly more public version of torrent pirating.

If the owner of the copyright chooses to take legal action, they will be backed up in a court of law. The laws are still gray, because the Internet was not around when copyright laws were written. As new ways of stealing appear, the laws are tweaked to cover everything.

Sure After Hours is cool to watch and shouldn't be taking money out of anyone's pocket. What about feature films posted in full on YouTube? Is that 'fair use' or pirating?

And then I have disputed Sony Music taking it down, because our channel is purely educational, non-profit, contains 100% free guitar lessons for children, has no advertising, and generates zero review. Everytime one of the Sony divisions has taken down one of our Randy Rhoads related videos, it has been restored and released for public viewing after review by the publishers and/or music corporations with their legal teams. Maybe it is a grey area, but I think the law is on our side with the way we are providing copyrighted material for purely educational purposes. No one in our family has ever made one penny from anything music related and I am willing to fight for our right to distribute free music lessons.
