Many years ago... literally... around late 1982-3, I remember sitting in my brothers bedroom listening to a Live recording (or broadcast... I am not sure) of Ozzy.
At one point during a song or in-between songs, I specifically remember hearing Ozzy scream "Give us Randy Back...!"

My brother remembers this as well and told me it was a tape his friend had.
This was 30 yrs ago and the friend is long gone so I cannot contact him.

Does anyone know what this is, does it exist.... am I imagining things?

Would love to locate the recording, just to know that I'm not nuts.

I could see Ozzy doing that well pissed up and messing with the crowd- do you think that it could possibly be a warbling intro to Randy that sounds like he said that?

I was thinking something on SOTD or TOTD (UK) which came out late '82? but nothing stands out. What would be a live show then post Randy that was out then?
I get it though, I have some strange associations with my memories. Because remembering is so much more psychotic activity than forgetting.

Ozzy yells out "the madman is back" on some of the live shows. And he might throw in any word at any time on stage which is pretty funny. It's also amusing how he always said "what do you want to hear?" And then they play Paranoid
