Dude you shouldn't do that. Get my hopes up and everything. Scroll down to the bottom of that article and you'll see that it is from 2010. This has all been discussed many times on this board.
If you did bother to read the article like you told us to, you'll see he offered snippets to use, not the entire thing. Plus Bob wanted to see how they would be used, plus how his interviews and in what context would be used as well. Since 'Dakota Films' didn't get their way of course shit hit the fan. This is all in the article, if you bothered to read it.

there's been no update as far as I know
The general idea is that it was almost done and then put on hold
indefinitely by Dakota. There's a few "bad" stories around though,
but whether they're true or not, I can't say...
